I led major technology implementations, successfully managed labor negotiations, and developed strategies focused on enhancing the customer experience.

The responsibilities I have undertaken throughout my aviation career—as a pilot and in areas such as ground and flight operations, operational control, maintenance, air cargo, and emergency response—have enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of all facets of airline operations.
